Beauty comes in many sizes so have fun being who you are. Here are a few tips on how to live the life of a plus size woman.

1. Be content with the size you are.

Do not try to imitate the look of someone you are not.

People are there in all shapes and sizes.

4. Accept to the shape and size you are.

5. Ask your doctor about how you can become healthier in shape and size

6. Be pleased of who you are.

7. Never hide your BBW body in over-clothing.

8. Do not remain conscious of the fact that you don’t look like the women in popular magazines.

9. Go out with like minded as well as like bodied people.

10. Talk with your doctor as to how to be healthy in the body you have without having to go overboard and become skinny.

Follow what the doctor directs.

Always be positive.

12. Be dressed in clothes that make you happy. You will carry yourself much better and feel beautiful.

13. Try and learn to sew simple, amazing clothing.

14. Be dressed in proper fitting shoes. Damage to the feet can occur when wearing extra tight or extra small shoes.

15. Do keep in mind: Being a plus size, beautiful woman is not that weird of a thing. The people that think that BBW are not fascinating are really just too afraid to really give them a try.

16. Some People may insult you if you’re big. It’s a vile fact of life. Just like people will upset you if you were thin. You just need to smile, agree and walk away. It will puzzle the crap out of them!

Bathe more often, at least once a day; people on the heavier side tend to sweat a bit more, and sweat is even stinky.

18. Don’t be seen walking around along with junk food. That’s just shoddy!

19. Shoes like “Pumps” are classically fashionable AND slimming.

Clothing stuff in classic black are lifesavers on those days when you just don’t feel at your best but you still have to look the part.

21. Do not forget to maintain a positive outlook.

22. However, just for being healthy, do try going on a balanced diet. Don’t starve yourself kind of thing, just add more exercise and less food.
