GINI&JONY: King of Indian Kids Fashion Market

With the increasing awareness on fashion, today’s young generation, especially teenagers rely on branded wear than stitched garments. In addition to this they also offer a whole gamut of value-added services specially designed to meet today’s parenting needs. To improve its designs, Gini & Jony hired designers from National Institute of Fashion Technology and sent them regularly to Paris and Hong Kong to update themselves about the latest trends. Gini & Jony has also joined hands with renowned fashion designers who had offered to give fashion and grooming tips for children.

Gini & Jony has, successfully, set-up a joint venture with Pantaloon which dominates the Mens’ and Women’s’ wear segment. They are also planning to have a tie-up with foreign firms to enter into the overseas market. Around 2003, Gini & Jony introduced another branded wear aimed at mass market called the Day 2 Day.
