New Year Resolutions for 2011

If you have a habit of making New Year resolutions on the first of each New Year and forgetting them all in a few days’ time, it is time for you to opt for some alternate and interesting New Year resolutions for 2011.
1. If you are working, you can try out something creative yet healthy like cooking healthy home made food for the lunch at least 4 times a week. You can surely add salads and orange juice to this healthy diet schedule.
2. After you wake up, make it a habit to walk for at least 20-30 minutes. If you have a pet at home, vow to walk your pet mutt everyday and burn calories the healthy way.
3. Make it a habit to pamper your skin and body with healthy foods, little of makeup, lots of water, 8-9 hours of sleep, and less of caffeine this New Year.
4. Go on an outing with your family, your friends, your boyfriend, your kid or your spouse at least once a week or month. This will not only make them feel special and wanted but the relationship will grow to unimaginable levels.
5. Opt for safe sex even if it is unplanned. This will not only help you get the real fun but you will be protected against pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.
6. Learn a new thing, this could be Reiki, meditation, yoga, power healing, painting, drawing, public speaking, or anything you want to try your hands on or gain expertise.
7. Find endless reasons to smile and make others happy too. The world will become beautiful for you and your near and dear ones.
8. Create your own creative fashion statement and bring out the best in you!
