There’s a famous saying which reads,’ Fashion can be bought but style needs to be possessed’. It is something that one is born with. An inherent part of one’s being. If you think wearing expensive clothes will make you look dandy or bring that style quotient in you, you have got it wrong. Style can certainly be developed but it requires a certain degree of effort and you’ll be on a roll. You see, there’s a little style queen in each one of us. All we need to do is give her some space and you’ll be amazed to see how spruced-up she can be. Let’s take a look at some tips that’ll help bring out the best in you:
Making an effort!
Making an effort the basic until from where it all starts. Style represents your attitude; it is a flair of doing something or a quality that suggests a self-confident willingness to exhibit skill or good taste. And this doesn’t come in easily. It sounds simple but most of us get up in the morning and reach for anything that is neatly ironed and clean and that’s it. First of all the occasion is an important thing. Style doesn’t mean you wear a suit for picking up kids from school or a tiara for work. You should the pick the best combinations and accessories suiting it. Skim through the fashion magazines and know what’s in this season. Before you pick anything for you, you must know the colors that look best on you, the outfits that’ll hide your extra fat or your paunch or make you look taller. What I mean to say that wearing an outfit should not be a matter-of-fact activity borne out of compulsion but a flawless endeavor that shows how much effort you put in to take care of even the slightest details.
Grooming is imperative!
Grooming is an imperative part of style. You are miles away from being stylish if your hair haven’t been cut since a decade now, eye brows undone since a long time, nails untrimmed and your make-up dates back to the 80’s. If you intend to become a stylish person, taking care of your self should naturally to you. Get a good hair cut done first. Trim your nails, getting manicure once a while always works. If you are not much into makeup, then invest in some good skin care products to ensure that your skin’s glowing and speaks for the coxcomb that you are! Style is all about knowing yourself, taking care of yourself and being skillfully flaunting your attitude!
