Mary Quant who liberated women by inventing hot pants and mini skirts and then moved into cosmetics and textile design. Bonnie Cashin introduced ready to wear or sportswear clothing to the mass market and the best known design known as “Poncho” which turned a fashion item in late sixties or early seventies.

Fashion designer plays a very significant role when it comes to fashion. Fashion Designer’s have to see that it’s not just about smart clothing but it’s also about grooming personality as a whole. Fashion designers have brought about the storm in this glamour world with admirable magnificent variety. Some of the top and ever famed Fashion designer are: Donatella Versace, Manish Malhotra, Ritu Beri, Calvein Klein, Valentino, Abu Jani & Sandeep Khosla, JJ Valaya are named famous designers those who don’t need special introduction when come on stage.

Women fashion never ends at one stage, it grows and today its world famous. Lakme fashion week, London Fashion week, New York Fashion Week, a special channel “Fashion TV” where the ramp walk keeps scrolling as the happenings go round the globe. No one remain unseen with the glamour happenings in Fashion industry.

Fashion industry and especially women fashion doesn’t only mean dresses on the body. It enhance Costume, Cosmetic, personal grooming, hairstyle, slang, personal adornment, management of style and much more. These all when clubbed brings a marvelous creation of a women model.

Sarees were the long draper used to get wrapped around the body of person, but today Sarees have taken a wide space in many countries. Though it is said to be a pride of Indian women but now people round the globe have accepted this draper. Almost all states in India have taken the culture of sarees, however, we can find most of South India’s ladies, Gujarat’s, Maharashtra’s and some parts of North India’s ladies who prefer wearing Sarees as per their daily routine dress. In India one can find Sarees in various themes and varieties – in cotton, in silk, in georgette, in zari work, in dabka prints and many more varieties. Sarees are been appreciated and embraced by many people in history and even in today’s world and because of this liking of people for Sarees there have been opened many famous showrooms namely- Chabbra 555, Satya Paul, CTC Plaza and not only this many famous designers too have opened there showrooms and even made many models walk on ramp by wearing many creative style sarees on ramp.

Indian fashion industry is on one hand influenced by its beautiful suits and on hand other Sarees are bringing up fame all-round the globe. In India, there are organized many festivals and events where Sarees wrapped around women gives a different elegance and style status to their beauty and ethnicity.
