Here are some tips from fabric to wear in this season to the accessories you should carry.
Summer Fabric:
The best fabric for summer clothes is one that soaks sweat and gives you a cool feeling. Pure linen is ideal for summer clothing. Linen is also truly healthy as it is antibacterial and anti-static. Cotton is also a versatile material. Other than Cottons, lightweight polyester fabrics like single jersey; polylycra, microtwill, peached polycot and stretch poplin are the fabrics in vogue in summer. Denim is also a popular summer fabric.
Summer Colors:
Go for lighter/natural colors during summer days and shimmery colors during summer nights. Summer is the color of pastels, of lemonade, coral, lavender, blush and mango. Navy, burgundy and plum, Rose brown, beige, blue-grays, and off white are also worn in summers.
Summer Prints:
So many fashion designers have embraced floral fabrics in their fashion designs that floral approval is well and truly accepted everywhere. It has become the symbol of commencement of summers. Patchwork dresses, stripes and a variety of other new patterns offer wide selection options to choose from.
Summer apparels:
The essence of summer clothes is feeling light and comfortable. Apparels like Tracks, t-shirts, capris, tops, shorts, tanks, lacy skirts and micro minis are trends fashionably acceptable during the hot summer months. Short-sleeves, sleeveless or spaghetti strap shirts or tops are also hot favorites of the season as they lend a casual and fresh look.
Summer Accessories:
Always stock up on bright accessories other than the basics you have – scarves, shoes, belts, necklaces, and bracelets. Don’t wear lot of them. Due to the hot weather its difficult to carry. Keep accessories to minimum unless the occasion demands.
