Women lifestyle

Research says that the first thing that an individual checks on the internet is her/his e-mail. There are sites for woman which sends the latest info on woman needs straight to her inbox every morning so that she is in tune with the trends.

There use to be a time when single women were treated like outcasts and looked on with pity. Unmarried women were secretly called “spinsters” by friends and family if they were not wed by the time they hit 30. The tide is beginning to turn as single women send out the message that they can do for themselves.

Single women are beginning to take the country by storm, even on the top hit show “Desperate Housewives” half of the characters are single. Advertising companies are beginning to get it when it comes appealing to the single woman. One commercial has two women who are sitting down after a wedding doing a high five for having “not” caught the bridal bouquet. This message says that businesses are seeing that single women are a viable market. That is girl power that is about to be in full effect.

That is such an ambiguous word: rich. It means one thing to you and another to me. In my mind, being rich means having enough to feel secure, as well as living a comfortable lifestyle, and having the wealth, or longer leash and more ability to do things I want in my life. Again ambiguous. Undefined goals are never reached. But there is another factor…the comfort factor…the lifestyle factor.

I have heard more talk about lifestyle this week from women I’ve been around, seen and talked with. When we are pinching pennies and the pressure is on- there’s no wasted money, because it isn’t there to waste. So what tends to happen the minute we get some money and the pressure is off? We get comfortable in our lifestyles. We drink our daily mochas, get our toes done, here a little splurge, there a little splurge, everywhere a splurge. And you know what? We aren’t getting where we want to be, because we are just so glad we aren’t where we were. We end up just trying to maintain our beloved lifestyle.

While short hair has never gone out of fashion it’s back with a vengeance in 2007 on the catwalk and on the high street, if you are looking for a hairstyle idea this is it.

Why is it so popular? Simply, there is a cut for all women and this hairstyle idea is being used as not just as a fashion, but a lifestyle statement.

It had already been on the catwalk as a fashion statement, now it was a lifestyle statement in the face of a life change.

Short hairstyles are now the trend here’s why:
1. Convenient- it’s the ultimate in low maintenance
2. Sexy & Stylish
3. Girl power – a liberating cut

It is saying:
“It’s a new me, I am strong, I feel good and I am proud”
Stylish sexy convenient and a life statement!
